Kody Ledbetter is the owner of Better Builders, a Springport, Indiana-based construction company serving residential and light commercial construction clients. Better Builders provides remodeling, new construction, project management, and commercial construction services, with a focus on helping owners move projects from concept through completion.

Kody brings practical construction management experience to each project, including coordination of field work, scheduling, subcontractor communication, jobsite oversight, and owner communication. As construction project manager, his role includes helping keep the project organized, on schedule, and aligned with the owner’s expectations.

Kody’s hands-on role allows him to work directly with owners, design professionals, subcontractors, and suppliers to help maintain quality, efficiency, and clear communication throughout the construction process.

Kody brings a straightforward, practical approach to construction project management, with an emphasis on organization, quality workmanship, and helping clients turn their project goals into completed work.
